Singe Serve Peanut Butter Banana Bread Protein Loaf!

So I've Finally gotten down the PERFECT moist pb nana bread recipe! High Protein and so simple to make! Made in less than half an hour, its the perfect snack or even to have with your meals! Love having it as a side dish before the gym! not to mention did i say... SINGLE SERVE!

Look how nice it rises!

so heres the full recipe!

what you will need...

-20g protein *i use quest peanutbutter! love that one!*

-12g PB2 *or flour! ive used oat flour and it works JUST as well! i wasnt a fan of the all pourpose gluten free flour, it has a harsh after taste...*

-1/2 tbsp melted pb

-35g egg whites

-2/3 or 75g of a banana

-1tsp baking powder

-tsp cinnamon

-2-3 tbsp or 1/4-1/3 cup of milk of your liking! it always depends on what protein you end up using... for quest i end up adding around 1/3 a cup because its very thick!

method...

First mix the protein with the flour that you used, the baking powder, cinnamon and egg whites. Now in a seperate small bowl mash the banana SLIGHTLY so you get the chunks effect! But make sure to mash most of it enough to blend in with the rest of the batter, now mix it in! Now comes the milk, slowly add while stirring until you get a thick but smooth texture! And finally melt your peanutbutter and give it a swirl! Pour in a mini loaf pan or any pan you want to use and bake it at 360 for around 15 min! I actually used my toaster oven! Enjoy!
