This recipe is SUPER easy! And yes its pretty much the easier thing to modify for anybody.
You can adjust the macros for an easy snack, breakfast or even a side! all depends what protein, bread or toppings you choose! This recipe not only is single serve, its ready within 20 min, comes out super fluffy and can be served hot or chilled!

Recipe
What you need,
1/2 scoop desired Protein (I do suggest a casein blend. Again, i went with quest!)
70g egg whites
2 slices of bread of you liking (you can use more, i used thick bread)
8g Jello Pudding mix (vanilla was used above)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp desired milk (or condensed milk if you wanna go all out, I didnt use it but it sounds like it would work very well haha)
additional add-ins
Pumpkin Puree, cocoa, nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, syrups... etc...
Directions
In a bowl combine the Protein, egg whites, and baking powder and mix until its clump free. next add the jello pudding and milk. Once everything is even, tear up your bread and place it in a oven save bowl and pour the mixture ontop, make sure all of the bread is coated! Simply bake it a 360 for around 20 min! May even take less time depending on your oven/toaster oven!

yes the FLUFFY!!!
Take out of the Oven and BE CARFUL! let the bowl cool so you dont burn yourself haha! Top with your desired toppings and enjoy!
Another thing is you can prep it the night before and place it covered in your fridge so all you need to do is throw it in the oven in the morning for a quick breakfast while y0u get ready! You can even bake it the night before and do the same, just cover it and microwave until warm again in the morning! And if You want you can even enjoy it chilled!
