Protein Cinnabon Frosting!
or icing! its more of an icing! Yes you can find it here! Before any Recipes... heres what it looks like!
Heres what the thicker version looks like...

And heres what the thinned out version looks like! yes its ontop a quest bar!

What you'll need...
-1/2 scoop of protein *Vanilla is the best, I used Quest!*
-1tbsp cream cheese
-1tsp powdered sugar
-milk of choice
Method...
Soften your cream cheese and mix it into the protein powder, yes it will be lumpy at first, then mix in the powdered sugar! Once its as even as it can be, add in tbsp by tbsp of your desired milk and continue to stir. remember, more milk... thinner texture, less milk... thicker cream!
Personally i think both versions are good but it all depend what you like! If your more into icing go for a tinner cinnabon icing, but if your into more of a thick cream go for the cinnabon thicker frosting!
I love topping it on oats, questies, bagels, possibilitys are endless!

BONUS RECIPE!: If your wondering how to make the cinnamon sugar glaze... i got a little recipe right here for you!
Just mix together 1 tbsp coconut butter with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp brown sugar! simple as that!
