its here... PROTEIN FUDGE!
I've made you wait long enough! its here! the recipe for my Protein Fudge! yes ladies and gents this is soft, chewey and 100% fudgy! Not spongy, No chalk texture, and yes so very simple to make!
Heres what im talking about...

SO FUDGE! This stuff i seriously bomb and definitly the cure for sweet tooth! I've never been exactly a fudge fan... I'm more of a solid chocolate or brownie person but this has turned me around! All about that fudge!!
What You Will Need... -Protein Powder *i recommend using a Whey/Casein blend or Casein! Strait up whey may turn it very tough! If you do only have whey try adding a bit more butter!*
-Oat Flour *grind up some oats if you have none!*
-Canned Pumpkin Puree
-Butter *Earth Balance is what i use!*
-Baking powder
-Cocoa powder
-Optional, Stevia or syrup!
Recipe... In steps!
Begin with 1 scoop of desired protein, I used quest pb protein blend in the photo above, and mix with 2-3 tbsp of cocoa and 20grams of oat flour. Add in 1 tsp of baking powder and 50 grams canned pumpkin puree. Give it a mix, Yes it will be almost impossible to mix so add in 2 tbsp of liquid of choice! i used Jordans Vanilla Skinny Syrups! If you have none feel free to use milk or water! Thin out the batter to a thick sticky texture by adding tbsp by tbsp of water! Do NOT let it get watery! Next Take 1 tbsp of butter and microwave it for 8-10 sec or until its semi melted. Mix it in and pop it into the microwave for 2 min! NOTE: my microwave is only 700 watts to its pretty low, cooking time will varie depending on the watts of your microwave!
Now that its all baked and read quickly cover it with some plastic and let it cool down for a couple hours! mine usually set well after 3 hours! ITS READY! now tear into that soft fudgy heaven! You can store it, re heat it and yes its definitly portable if you flip it out the bowl! i bring one to work almost every day!
Heres a inside peek!

And If you want a Peanut Version! Just swap the cocoa for Peanut Flour! a.k.a... PB2!
