This recipe is SO easy! It's also the easiest think to adjust if your all about macros! Not only is the actual recipe easy to adjust but also what you use to make it! I use my Hand mixer for this recipe, I think its the best choice but also blenders and food processors work just as well! The hand mixer is just most convenient!
So Lets go! Heres What you'll need!
Base Protein Whipped Cream Recipe
-1 Scoop of protein ~any proteins work BUT... Protein blends work best, My favorite for this recipe is phase8 by MuscleTech and Pescience Select Protein!
-1 cup desired milk ~or water but trust me... you WANT to use milk. It makes it very creamy!
-2g or tsp Xanthan Gum ~not optional
-35g CARTON egg whites ~i wouldn't do real eggs... those are NOT pasteurized so dont haha!
-16g Pudding mix ~equals 2 servings
Start off by placing Protein and egg whites in a bowl and mix it with a spoon. Now only add HALF of you 1 cup of milk... DO NOT POUR IN THE WHOLE THING! Next Mix it with either a hand mixer or what ever applience you decited to use. Use the "Low" Setting for 2 Min and then the "High" Setting for about 1 more. Now add you xanthan gum and SLOWLY add milk while blending on you hand mixer, processor, or blender! I like to do this process for 3-5 Min until i get that fluff factor! Now Stir in the pudding with a spoon only slightly before mixing with the what ever mixer you choosen one last time and WATCH THAT TEXTURE GROW! I actually only place about 8/10ths(?) Of this recipe in the heart bowl because its THAT much! dive in the rest with a spoon!.. or not... Maybe your into that whole "face in bowl" thing.
Also, Depending on what protein used you may not even need ALL the milk or maybe even alittle more but play around see what you like! Either way... Absolutly Delicious! I like Placing mine in the fridge for an hour so its nice an cool!

Hope I didn't kill you...
